WholeSchools® has created a friendly and flexible approach working with schools to fulfill their immediate, short and long term goals. Schools may choose to follow a three step process or jump start to any of the steps and engage with our inspiring products at any time. 

STEP 1

Diagnostic

We specialize in developing and strengthening the unique dimensions of every school, building a cultural understanding about the organisation and tailoring interventions accordingly. We aim to offer solutions that are specific and relevant to each school setting.  An initial survey begins the process to pin point the underlying dimensions that need to be addressed. The Step 1 Diagnostic starter pack will be included when combined with any of the services offered in the subsequent phases, Step 2 and 3 or any of our innovative products.

Step 2

Strategic Plan

A unique strategic plan is crafted for your school by: a) interpreting the results from the initial diagnostic survey. b) Reviewing the school's improvement plan. or c) We will craft it from the initial stages of creating your school.

The strategic plan takes into account each of the school dimensions that need addressing or designing from the onset of your schools creation for example:

• Mission, vision, beliefs, principles, values
• Pedagogical framework: philosophy, school model, curriculum, programs
• Staff training, observations and feedback sessions

STEP 3

Implementation

Following our conversations and discussions regarding the focus of the strategic plan we will develop an outline for implementation. We will then sit down with you and discuss each point and make sure it is aligned with your expectations and modify accordingly.
